CANTO DOS PÁSSAROS is a micro-symphony orchestrated solo by an illusionist musician with winds and whistles, unlikely strings, woods and brass, to the rhythm of the birds' hearts and with the subtle presence of their wings, feet and beaks singing everywhere.
In this concert-performance for attentive ears, musician and composer Nuno Cintrão was inspired by the universe of the birds to compose and create sound environments that invite the public to listen attentively. Birdhouses are transformed into unexpected and handcrafted sound objects that surprise with the sounds that arise from them.
